Welcome to Ecoastix. By using our website or services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions — we recommend reading them carefully. All services are delivered within 3 to 12 business days from the date payment is confirmed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using our website or services means you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Services Offered

Our services include:

3) Graphic Designing
4) UI/UX Design
5) React Native Development

Each project's scope is defined upfront before any work starts. Requests for changes after confirmation may come with additional costs. All services are delivered within 3 to 10 business days from successful payment processing.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

1) Share clear and complete project requirements
2) Reply promptly to feedback or questions
3) Provide required assets like logos, content, or login credentials

Any delays on the client's end may lead to extended timelines or added costs.

4. Payment Terms

1) Work begins only after a minimum 50% advance payment is received
2) The remaining balance must be paid upon completion, before final delivery is made
3) For milestone-based projects, payments are due at every milestone approval stage

5. Revisions & Updates

Our packages come with a limited revision allowance. Additional or major changes made after final approval may incur separate charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of intellectual property created for the client is transferred only after full payment is received. Prior to that, Ecoastix retains all rights to the work.

7. Confidentiality

Your privacy matters to us. Client data and project details are treated as confidential and won't be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.

8. Termination

Ecoastix reserves the right to terminate any project or relationship due to unethical behavior, non-payment, or breach of agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ecoastix is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be subject to and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction where Ecoastix is legally based.
