1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund eligibility applies if:

1) The project has not started
2) What was delivered doesn't align with the agreed-upon specifications
3) You report the issue within 7 days of receiving delivery

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable under these circumstances:

1) Final design or code has already been approved by the client
2) Delays or issues caused by incomplete or late input from the client
3) Over 25% of the project has already been completed or delivered
4) Minor bugs or updates after delivery, which are covered under maintenance or revisions
5) AI Chatbot Development and Custom Solutions, after initial concepts have been shared

3. Cancellation Policy

1) Cancelling after initial payment but before work begins entitles you to a 90% refund.
2) Cancelling after work has started will result in a refund based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

4. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be issued within 7 to 14 working days, credited back through the original payment method.

5. Service Timeline

Depending on complexity and scope, services are usually delivered within 3 to 12 business days — with the estimated timeline shared before work starts.
